How much is delivery?

Shipping is a flat $9.99 fee

On what days do you deliver?

We currently only deliver Sunday and Wednesday from 3-9 pm PST. You will receive a text notification with your estimated ETA. You will then receive a second text message telling you that the driver is on his way. A third text message will be sent once the delivery has been successful.

How long does my meal last?

All meals have a shelf life of 4-5 days refrigerated, and 10 days frozen. We recommend eating the salmon and shrimp plates first.

How do I prepare my meal with a microwave?

1-2 minutes with lid on to start, with 30 second increments until to preferred temperature.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel anytime before it auto renews. We do not offer refunds after the purchase has been completed. You can cancel by signing into your account and clicking “Manage Subcriptions.” You then cancel both the delivery and meal plan. Once you do, you will not be charged again until you decide to order again. Any questions, do not hesitate to contact us!

What happens if I miss my delivery window?

If driver shows up and cannot enter apartment complex or residence and has attempted to call customer, then we will cancel the order. No refund will be issued.

What if I need to reschedule my delivery?

If you need to reschedule, please send us an email or send us a message via our home page messaging button and alert us that you need to postpone your meals at least 48 hours before delivery.

How do I get my food?

We currently only offer delivery.
